Order Processing:
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected on the order form.
Product Availability:
Terms of sale are based on availability. If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving an alternative product that may be available. If we are unable to offer you a suitable replacement and you wish to terminate the sale we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.
Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
Payment Terms:
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront via PayPal. Be advised, we do not accept gift cards.

We ship within the United States only!

Shipping Delays:
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please also keep in mind that holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please contact us.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We take great pride in our products that are made naturally. If you feel you've received a product that has quality issues, we want to hear from you!
Customers must contact us within 14 days to inform us if they wish to be refunded for an item. If we do not receive notification from the customer in this timeframe, a refund will not be granted. All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and in good condition to receive a refund. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the original items to us. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages, unauthorized returns, or for any item sent to an incorrect address. Items have to remain in their original packaging and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
